You do not have to be moving yet. A good share of what we answer comes from people working out whether two households will physically fit into one place, which is a reasonable thing to want to know in advance.

Working out whether it will fit?

Send the dimensions of the main rooms at the new place and a rough list of the large pieces from both households. That is a more answerable question than it sounds, and it is usually the one worth settling before anything else.

Moving to two addresses?

Tell us both, and whether the division of the contents has been agreed. Where it has not, we can still survey and quote — we simply will not load anything contested until it has.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
